The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the planning, coordination, financial management, and execution of electrical construction projects from award through closeout. Working closely with Project Managers and field leadership, the APM assists with project cost control, scheduling, procurement, documentation, contract administration, and communication. The APM serves as an important link between office and field operations and is expected to develop a strong understanding of electrical construction, project controls, financial performance, and overall project execution. This position provides a pathway for continued growth into Project Manager and other project leadership roles.

The Retirement & Benefits Coordinator will have significant responsibility for the day-to-day management of ECA’s ESOP, including participant administration, distributions, diversification elections, annual valuation activities, and stock repurchase obligation tasks. Working closely with company leadership, payroll, employees, plan administrators, record keepers, trustees, valuation professionals, auditors, insurance providers, and other third-party partners, this position will coordinate benefit activities and help ensure required processes and deadlines are completed accurately and timely. The ideal candidate will have prior experience administering qualified retirement plans, with specific knowledge of ESOP administration strongly preferred. This individual must be highly organized, meticulous, comfortable working with confidential financial and employee information, and capable of clearly communicating complex benefit information to employees.
